This week we had many interesting questions and helpful troubleshooting methods. General serum information topics included heat inactivation, precipitates, lot qualification, types of serum, certification, and critical components. In addition more specific manufacturing questions were asked about the use of serum in mesenchymal stem cells, vaccine manufacturing and transfection.
